Power
Volta offers industry-leading resilience in central London, benefiting from two separate 33kV supplies from two independent grid substations. Total incoming feed capacity

Cooling
Various row-based cooling solutions across data halls, monitors intake temperatures, discharge temperatures, peak loads and fan speeds in real-time.

Fire Detection
The datacenter is equipped with high sensitivity smoke detection system – the VESDA system picks up abnormalities or carbon molecules in the air. VESDA is situated all throughout the data centre.
Fire Suppression
We use an inert gas which is called IG55 and which is deployed in all technical areas/data floors.
On all non-technical areas of the data centre, we use a water-based mist sprinkler system.
