8 MVA incoming diversely routed supply from National Grid. 4.3 MW of IT load. Centralised N+N inline UPS plant. Variety of power resilience options; N, N+1 and N+N. N+1 LV DCC generators with 72h run time at full load with priority fuel contracts.
Cooling
Highly efficient chilled water cooling system configured
as N+1.
Build to support HPC with no supplementary cooling required. Able to support racks over 15kW.
Fire Detection
The datacenter is equipped with VESDA system is installed in the technical plant rooms & data Halls. A combination of optical and ionisation detectors are installed in all areas of the entire facility All doors are fire rated at 2 hours.
Fire Suppression
LONDON1 site utilises a Marioff HI-FOG® water mist fire suppression system. HI-FOG® controls, suppresses and extinguishes fires by discharging a fine water mist at high velocity.
It uses three mechanisms to fight fire: cooling, radiant heat blocking and local oxygen inerting.
